SALE PENDING - This is a one owner 36BHQ with the Cobalt package (ordered new) and is in excellent condition. The 36BHQ is a spacious design with 4 slides. This is a mid-2019 model (updated color scheme and a larger kitchen island than the earlier 2019 model). We special ordered it with a queen sleeper sofa in the bunkroom instead of the OEM jackknife (same sleeper sofa as in the living room), king bed in the bedroom, and a residential fridge with a 1000w inverter. There are two AC units, and as part of the Cobalt package, the AC unit in the living room is a heat pump (which we have found is not common in fifth wheels). After purchase, the factory tires were upgraded to Goodyear Endurance tires. TVs have been mounted in the bedroom and bunkroom (on the designated mounting spots) and will remain with the sale (3 TVs total). The factory outdoor grill has not been used (still in the box), a Maxi Vent cover has been installed over the bathroom vent, and a dryer vent has been installed (both dealer installed). There is a transferrable extended warranty (good till 11/12/2023 - $75 transfer fee), and we have title in hand. We have kept the fifth wheel covered when not in use. We really like and have enjoyed the 36BHQ. We are moving to a toy hauler, otherwise, we would not be selling.
