17’ Grand Design Momentum 399th 13’ Garage so a 4 seat RZR fits. There is a deck on the side and it’s a fantastic place to set up the BBQ.

All 3 A/C units have heat pumps. Rockford Fosgate speakers and sub. Magnum 2000 watt inverter/charger (you can run the microwave off the batteries). 4 giant 6v batteries that will last for a few days without charging. Wine guard satellite dish connected to all 4 LED tv’s. FlexAir pin box. Also had slide topper awnings. 
Factory option for the additional water tank that allows a total capacity of 157G. 
This thing also has a central vacuum, 6 point hydraulic auto leveling system, 5500 watt on an generator with 139H on it.
2x 30 G gas tanks 1 for gen and 1 for toys.
Large tool box in garage floor, giant 18 cu.ft. Refrigerator that runs off propane or shore power.

This unit works very good for boondocking or if you prefer campsites it has a 50A service.
This toy hauler is ready to hook up and go, we are looking in to getting an open style toyhauler to haul more toys.

A few unique things to note for a 2017 over a new unit are as follows:
-Deeper pantry in kitchen. 
-Very large towel closet in bathroom. 
-No LCI problematic touchscreen to control everything. This is equipped with the tried and true switch bank.
