Description
Sale Pending--Super clean 2017 Pleasant Valley NuCamp T@G with these extras: 4 mattresses (queen, twin and 2-singles), 2 kitchen windscreens, ceramic heater, and Proven Industries Lock Model 2178-A. Exterior, interior, and all systems, tires, bearings are in excellent condition. All original manuals included. This unit has been exceptionally well-cared-for. Unit includes Amish wood cabinetry, entertainment system (Jensen stereo/tv plus two ceiling speakers), Fantastic Fan (multiple reversible speeds), 5,000 BTU air conditioner, LED reading lights; and two-way (12V/110V) Norcold NRF 30 1.1 cu ft freezer/refrigerator ($800 cost new). All windows are dual pane and include integrated blackout blinds and day blinds/screens. Large “Stargazer” front window provides a tremendous show on starry nights. Zamp solar ready.
Tongue weight 100 lbs. (170 with full propane and battery). Dry weight is 1284 per NuCamp. Exterior length: 13.58 ft.; Exterior height 73”. Most vehicles can tow this light, aerodynamic trailer. Surprising amount of storage: headboard storage and shelf across front; two cubbies in front corners, two 2-door cabinets with shelves in rear corners plus huge storage area under entire floor (see picture) and in kitchen. Four mattresses included: two single mattresses are original equipment plus a new (never used) queen-sized tri-fold mattress with 4-inch memory foam that converts into a couch and a new (used one trip) twin tri-fold mattress with 4-inch memory foam that converts into a couch. Mattress covers included for the two new mattresses. Sleeping area is 58”X78” queen-sized. Also included is a $75 small ceramic heater that has 750w and 1500w settings and is a perfect size to heat this unit. Also included is a Proven Industries “Puck” Lock Model 2178-A purchased in December, 2020 for $235--this is an important security feature—these super lightweight trailers are easily stolen when parked unless the hitch and safety chains are securely locked. The typical Master and similar locks used on hitches can be removed by thieves in seconds.
Only known blemish is cosmetic and doesn't affect function—the thin plastic border edges around the two removable floor board panels (they cover the inside storage area) started cracking so I reinforced the border with matching duck tape (see picture). Border isn’t visible when floor boards are in place below mattresses.
All reasonable offers welcome. Buyer responsible for registration tax/fees, etc.
