Spare tire and backup camera with monitor included. Gas and electric refrigerator, gas stove and microwave, 32 inch TV and Stereo system drirectly across from Living room sofa. I added a bedroom TV which can be moved outside under the full awning if desired. The 43 gallon fresh water, 30 gallon black water and 30 gallon gray water storage capacity allows options for boondocking. External gas grill connection, outdoor shower, water filtration system, black tank flush, enclosed underbelly, secure wifi system, TV connections and local over the air antenna. The AC is a 15000 BTU Coleman Mach and is connected to ceiling duct work. The unit has been inspected annually and well maintained.
