Great Travel Trailer in Excellent condition. Only used a few weekends during the summer months. Everything on this unit is operational. Murphy Bed Matress is new, bunk beds never slept on, upgraded heavy duty stabilizing jacks on all corners, upgraded tonge power jack. The orange Hensley Hitch in the pictures is not included. I will install weight distribution hitch with sway control i previously used with this trailer if you need one. My Bank still has the title which is normal with most private RV sale which I'm sure we can workout so everyone is protected. Qestions Please Dont Hesitate...........SALE PENDING
