We upgraded to a dual slide 2001 Newell Coach, so we are placing our 97 Intrigue 36 foot Coach Number 10357 with the Cummins 8.3L and Alison World Transmission 3060 on the market, has about 130K miles. Highlights are all new airbags 4 months ago, New subruban furnace in 2020, new starter and alternator in 2019, New splendide washer/dryer in 2019, AGM batteries installed 2019, new turbo and exhaust manifold in 2018, new 7KW Onan Generator in 2017 ~ 450 hours w/ dedicated 55 gallon fuel tank, new transmission cooler and Charge Air Cooler in 2016. Tires are date coded 2017 Bridgestones, all maintenance from 2013 has been documented and will remain with the Coach. Has many upgrades such as real residential granite countertops throughout, new LTV flooring, in motion satellite mounted on front roof/ manual satellite mounted on back roof, 400 W solar panels on roof, MCD day/night blinds on every window, 4k TV / living room HD projector, generator AutoStart, digital gauges with color back up camera, Dish Washer, and all lights have been upgraded to LEDs. Known issues remaining; tach is currently inop- must be hooked into new alternator, ride height valves need readjusting after airbag install - have been manually leveling the Coach before taking off. Hydraulic Jacks [has both Air and Hydraulic Jack leveling] needs assistance to retract after they are engaged. Ask if you have any question and I'll be happy to answer.
