This Mobile Suites 38TKSB3 is in "Like New" Condition. It has always been stored in an enclosed storage unit until a couple of months ago. Now it is covered by a pole barn. This RV has been used very little. The mattress in the Master has been replaced with a very comfortable Casper mattress (very nice). The sofa bed still has plastic on it. There is surround sound in the Living Room area. The oven/stove has never been used. Everything works and it has ALL the bells and whistles. It is equipped with auto leveling, central vacuum, Whirlpool washer & dryer combo, Lazy Boy recliners, (excellent), power roof vent with rain sensor in the kitchen, power roof vent in the bathroom, awnings on all 3 slides, and awning over the door for sitting, keyless entry, "scare" lights for bright lights on each side if needed, convection/microwave oven, porcelain toilet, LOTS of storage. It has 2 AC units and a Heat Pump (Electric) and a Furnace (Propane) and fireplace (Electric). It is an ALL climate unit, well insulated. Nonsmokers and no pets.
