Bought new. Garage kept no pets no smoking. Added satellite, added slide out awnings, and stone guard on back for towing a car. Replaced booth dinette with theater seating. Still have booth if you want it can be replaced easily. I have kept track of mileage since new and we have consistently been  between 11.5 and 13 miles per gallon depending on conditions. It is in excellent condition with us having zero problems since purchasing. We have decided to do full time traveling and are purchasing a larger rv.
