40k Under book. No surprises with this coach it is in immaculate condition. Over 38k spent in the last year on repairs. Everything works and is ready for your enjoyment. One of the first things I dread when I buy a coach is how long they have sat and what is going to break, in the process of using it. In the last year, I have put over 25k miles on it with no issues here is why. I have replaced all shocks and all of the brakes are over 70%. I replaced all hoses that had radiator fluid in them, including hoses for the aqua hot system this coach has new tierods just had an alignment done new tires in the last 18k miles all new 10 undercarriage airbags. All fluids were changed out in the previous month gen service along with any mechanical issues fixed all awnings were just replaced with new ones brand new king size mattress pillow top very comfy we also just put in a brand new residential refrigerator brand new dishwasher brand new convection oven microwave combo brand new washer dryer combo and a brand new 50 in tv for the drop-down TV in front. All blinds in front and in the livingrooom are power. This coach also has wireless apple carplay. We also have converted the entire coach to LED lighting. This coach has air leveling, and it also has new batteries, and the list goes on. This is just a fraction of everything that has been done. The coach has Three TVS Dishwasher central VAC SLide out tray power slideout tray with a freezer or fridge electric cooler it also has a diesel or electric aqua hot it has collision avoidance and blind-spot detection all furnaces work well it also has three overhead heat pumps and a/c units this has rear camera and side blinker cameras.
