Coach is a Newmar Ventana 3945 (was not listed in the default options) this coach is fully optioned with every option and upgrade available at the time. This is a Spartan Chassis with ABS/Traction control, Heavy Duty air suspension with auto-leveling, as well as the Spartan/Newmar Comfort Drive™.

Never been smoked in, no pets (cats/dogs etc). Complete logs since first service.

We maintain the coach year around in a climate controlled building out of the elements, vehicle has been stored in doors since new.

Complete interior update 2018 including wall coverings, lighting, fixtures, carpet, flooring, leather seating and foam supports. All Services are zeroed out and ready for extreme traveling. ALL Major Services just completed late 2020.

Generator (early 1000 hour inspection) including belt, Oil, Air, Fuel filter, coolant, water pump, thermostat, valve adjustment, engine paint touch up and resealed (Delvac 1 5w40) (total run time 842.3 hours)

Engine ISC 8.3 330hp/1050 ft-lbs torque with noiseless fully automatic Engine brake, (oxidation Catalyst for smoke free driving, NO DPF or AdBlue required as installed from the factory). Just serviced: Oil (Delvac 1 5w40), Air, Fuel Filters (water and 2micron filters), Coolant/Thermostat, Belts, Chassis Air System filter/water seperator (total run time 717 hours), engine block heater also installed.

Transmission Allison 6speed MD3000MH (Extra capacity 4"): 2019 new trans fluid and filters(2) updated to new Allison Synthetic fluid (Autran TES 295), transmission is liquid cooled for extreme duty towing, mountain driving.

All new batteries for house and engine late 2020.

New (4) Bilstein Shock absorbers.

Motorhome has dual 13,500btu AC/Heat pumps, Plus Propane heating with venting to subfloor and storage/water compartments. Propane AND Electric water heater easily keeps up with showers, and routine use with the full family on board.
