New belt and belt tensioner .Upgraded the Xantrex inverter from a 2000 to 3000 watts. Replaced Front suspension air bags 7/2018. Replaced tires in Aug 2018 they may have 15,000 miles on new ones Michelin . Replaced starter August 2019 Replaced the engine cooling fan motor pressure hoses and resealed the fan motor . Replaced 10 gal water heater gas/elec.Aug 2020. 4n1 dash gauge replaced Has 1 solar panel and propane furnace and 2 burner gas cooktop. Convetion microwave oven , Has the updated 2 flat smart tv's ,dishwasher,inmotion Sat Dish/Directv just bring your receiver, washer/dryer, air king bed.
