Great couples camper! We love this camper, but need to downsize, so someone will get a well cared for, wonderfully designed floor plan with large back window, 2 comfy leather La-Z-Boy recliners, nice shower, comfy bed, and loads of interior storage: 11 upper storage cabinets (above chairs, couch, table, and bed), 3 large storage cabinets in bath, 7 cabinets in kitchen, 3 drawers in kitchen, large drawer under couch, large wardrobe and chest with 3 drawers in bedroom, lift up mattress for underbed storage plus 3 drawers under bed. All cabinets are cherry. It has a sink cover for the double kitchen sink and a removable cabinet top extension in the kitchen. The dining table has a pull-out extension. There are day/night pleated shades throughout, except above the gas range where there are aluminum mini blinds. Tank capacities: fresh-43 gal, gray-38 gal, black-38 gal. It has 4 power stabilizing jacks and slide out covers. It has heated holding tanks with 12 volt heat pads and an enclosed underbelly. There is a front window with rock guard for additional daylight in bedroom. There are 2 outside storage compartments, a large one under the bed in the bed slide, and one small one on the front beside the bedroom door. We replaced all these things recently: 1) 15,000 BTU air, 2) new power awning, 3) tires(2yo), 4) new roof vent covers, 5) and a brand new Lippert power tongue jack! It has always been kept in a shed. The roof is in great shape. The sleeper sofa has an electric blowup queen mattress that still works great (we only used it maybe 4 times). All appliances work. Flat screen TV, am/fm radio, and a Sirius XM radio. Outside speakers. The decals on the outside look almost new. The fiberglass sides are in great shape. There is a place on the bottom of each slide where the plastic corner has a crack, but this is hardly noticeable. The sway bar and hitch go with the trailer. There are two 30lb propane tanks (just filled). We also have 2 large camping mats and lounge chairs that go with it. Please call Janice if interested 706-five seven five-0268.
