Very lightly used 5th wheel. Never 'camped'-- we used it as a place to stay when visiting our college child. 9 months out of the year in covered storage, 3 months parked at college RV site. Everything working and well-maintained (applicances "new- like" and never cooked in.)3 slides, 2 awnings. Has television in family area and bedroom.
