It has been a great travel trailer for our family of 5 this past year! It checks everything off of our "must haves" for our first camper. There is a bathtub for the kids, which fits a portable washer when the tub is not in use. That comes with the camper, along with a portable panda dryer. It's easy to assemble for every day use and fits anywhere when stored. It hangs about 15 items at a time. A full sized bunk which includes an already mounted flat screen tv and a twin for the top & PLENTY of storage. It has some wear-and-tear. There are 2 small cracks on the kitchen counter and one small crack on the bathroom counter. It has a dinette that fits 2 adults and 3 kids easily. The cushions are a bit worn, but we have placed our own covers on them to match our decor. It has a crib mattress in place of where the couch used to be to better fit our needs. We will also include the flat screen in the living room & the flat screen that's mounted in the bedroom! The adults can have their own room with 2 storage closets & a door that closes for privacy. It would be a great fixer upper, but we don't have the time for it anymore. There is a small soft spot in the bedroom that we have had a price quoted for. Camping world said it would be around $2500 to fix. I do have the email of the quote if you need us to send it to you. They wanted to quote high but said it should not be that with the spot being so small. It is fresh out of the shop from getting winterized, a pipe fixed, & the slide maintenance done on it. We will also throw in a 100 ft water hose, leveling blocks, a portable black tank, and wheel chocks. This also comes with a weight distribution hitch (sway bars). I have recently added a picture that I found on the internet of the layout that the camper is. I also included what it looks like from the front door. (PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, THIS IS FROM THE INTERNET) ours does not have the couch, it has a crib mattress, and the colors of the cushions are lighter. other than that, it looks the same.
