Description
See Jayco's website for a the floor plan, and full list of specs. https://www.jayco.com/tools/archive/2018-eagle-travel-trailer/330rsts/
This RV has the luxury package (Hardwood Trim package), and ALL of the options:
Auto-leveling System
Tinted Insulated Windows
Sanicon Sanitation System
Rear Back-up Camera
Tankless on Demand Water Heater
Along with the options, I am also giving away to the buyer all of the accessories I have purchased for the RV including:
RV Skirting System ($2,600) A MUST for colder climates
Washer and Dryer combo for clothing ($1,170)
Equal-i-zer 4 Point Sway Control Hitch - Rated 14,000 Lbs ($614.00)
2 50' Camco Blue Water heating hoses for Fresh water, and Tank cleaning ($300 total)
A Black chest freezer that fits nicely against the counter for extra freezer space (If you plan on living in the RV and like to eat you will end up needing it =).
There are a few modifications I made to the RV, as like many others nowadays I use it for work.
I removed the built in kitchen table and chairs (Cheap junk) and installed a $300 solid wood computer desk at the exact measurement of the empty space so I have somewhere to work. The desk looks like it belongs here.
I also installed a Medium sized dog door next to the main door, and purchased a ramp so my Shiba Inu can go in and out as he pleases.
Everything in the RV is like new, but better. If you have ever purchased a new RV before you know that there are tons of quirks that need to be fixed, and the only way the warranty is worth anything is if you are willing to drop the RV off at the dealership for a week for them to fix it Well I already went through all of those headaches for you =). Everything is tip top.
Prior to selling I will have the RV professionally cleaned for the new owners (carpet, shades, curtains, and everything else) to have it looking like you just drove it off the lot.
I am currently parked in DeerHaven RV park in Saratoga, WY. If you are looking for somewhere to move and want to keep the spot it is not a problem. We would just walk to the office, explain you were taking over the lot, and you would have the largest lot in the park with a fence and deck installed on it, right on the North Platte River. Rent is $500 a month, electric is .15 cents a KW, and a propane tank that is filled regularly is already on site (see Pictures)
Otherwise I would be willing to deliver the RV anywhere in the lower 48 upon purchasing.
