Mom bought this home new in 2017 then soon realized that it was more than she can handle. It has been gently used by her alone on only 3 or 4 occasions. Still under warranty. It has a covered outdoor entertainment area with TV, a TV in the bedroom, and TV in the living area and is prewired for cable/satellite. Unit stays covered through fall and winter and is located in the Birmingham, Alabama area.
