What a great RV! This RV is equipped with everything you need from AC, Heat to Fridge and TV while still being small enough to get around town comfortably. Our RV has been used personally and as a rental so proper and scheduled maintenance has been a priority. All oil changes, tire changes and other scheduled services has been performed on time and professionally to ensure everything is running smoothly.

We just did a full brand new reupholstery on the dinette and bed over the cab as those had some wear on them before. We have also upgraded the dinette table to a industructable real peice of wood as the original table wasn't that great. The origanal swivel chair that took up a lot of space and was kind of useless we took out and replaced with storage table (pictured).

The stock built in Onan generator does not work properly so we use a portable 4,000 watt generator that will come included if you purchase our RV.

It drives great and gets around 10MPG driving normally. Regular oil changes and maintenance has been professionally done from day one. Because we do rent our RV out this has to be priority to ensure the renter enjoys their trip!
