Here is a 1974 MCI-8 with a Detroit 6V-92 with 82,053 miles since its conversion in 1998 by Heartland Works of Arcadia, FL and an Allison automatic transmission. She is 40 ft long with a 10 inch raised roof. There are 3 roof A/C units that has kept us cool in the hot Alabama summers. There is a 3 cylinder diesel Isuzu generator which will run all 3 A/C units no problem. The house batteries are new (2019). Newly painted in 2018. In the bedroom is a queen size bed with an abundance of storage and drawer space. The bathroom has a house toilette installed and a floor to ceiling cedar closet. The kitchen is complete with a full size fridge (only 2 yrs old) with a convection microwave oven. There is a washer/dryer combo unit in the lower bay in addition to having extra bays for storage.
