Very well maintained, in the last 5000miles the following maintenance has been done.
New oil, filter, spark plugs and leads - 2000miles ago
New Onan brand fuel pump, filter and brand new carburator
New electric module for the extending steps
New AC filters
2x new deep cycle batteries

Beautiful condition, I bought this motorhome from the south - no leaks, no soft spots in the floor, but having been in the sun the clear coat on the paint in some areas is peeling off - purely cosmetic, see photos. Mechanically perfect. I also have a brand new electric motor step which I've taken on our travels but have never had to use.

Just come back from a family trip from the east coast to Yellowstone and back, I would drive it right across the country in a heartbeat. In fact I will deliver this anywhere in mainland US - for the cost of gas, as long as the deal has been done prior.

Don't want to sell but need the money for a house renovation. Only things I can fault are the clear coat mentioned above, the fan in the kitchen area stopped working (but the one in bathroom runs perfect), one of the switches to turn on the water pump isn't clicking on properly (but motorhome also has two other switches for this) and the reclining chair as you walk in has some wear on the back of it (people hold it as coming up steps).
