Immaculate and New Condition Grand Design 310GK-R at an excellent price! My wife and I are semi-retired and have enjoyed traveling with this very manageable fifth-wheel. We don't smoke, don't have pets, and our children are grown - so the interior still remains almost as new as the day it bought. Very clean, with no stains, tears, discolations, or soft spots. Everything in perfect working condition with no problems whatsoever. Tires were replaced about six months ago and the unit is washed regularly and stored under cover.  We are selling this one to buy a larger, 43' fifth wheel. We're open to trade.
