One owner bought new. This has been a perfect family camper with the best layout we have found at this length (38ft). We spent a year looking at 5th wheels (previously in a travel trailer) to make sure we got as much of the ammentities and the best layout we could. The kids have their own room as do the parents. Opposing slides in the living room/kitchen make for plenty of gathering space on those rainy days/evenings and the double door fridge has been great especially since it can still run on propane unlike the newer residential type units. Most right hand slide 5th wheels only have 1 small awning but this unit has 2 power awnings so you have plenty of covered outdoor living area as well. TONS of cabinets for more storage inside than we have been able to use, even on multi-week trips. Outdoor kitchen includes fridge, sink with separate holding tank, stove and TV hookups. There are also cable hookups in the front storage compartment. Excellently maintained, new tires last year and includes a cover. Planning a cross country trip next year and want to move into a driveable unit.we would not sell otherwise. Happy to answer any questions you may have or provide more photos if desired.
