there have only been 2 owners, first owners sold to finish their forever home, we needed a place on weekends at the ranch til we had housing established and that is now complete. No issues with camper, we love it but do not use it any longer. Excellent shape, comfy, clean, easy pulling, great work area. Only issue is the awning is slightly frayed from when origanal owner had it and we never used the awning. Sleeps 8, private bathroom, lots of space and cupboards, 2 TV's, DVD, player sterio, shop area has a metal cupboard on each side. Cummins generator
