2017 365QB has only 30 miles since purchase.  Two bath, two bedrooms bunk house with outdoor kitchen and outdoor gas grill on back.  Grill has never been used.  Complete with Microwave, full Whirlpool refrigerator inside and small refrigerator in outside kitchen, three range gas burners with hood fan and light, Suburban oven.  Bathrooms fans were just upgraded to Vortex 1 fans.  Sunroof in Master bath, 40" Jensen RV flatscreen in living room and an electric Greystone fireplace in living room.  This unit is equip with two Air Conditioner units each with its own thermostat and central air vents.  Floor vents for the central heat warm the RV throughout operating off of propane gas.  The Water heater is both gas and/or electric.  Master Bedroom has a custom King size bed with understorage and lift support arms, Washer and Drier hook ups in master closet and swivel mount for a mid size TV in the master bedroom.  Factory solar panel plug in came with this unit.  50 amp power plug.  Custom made Desk in the rear bedroom which would be great for home schooling or a remote office.
