We have outgrown our Tioga Ranger 31M and are making it available for another owner to enjoy.  
This layout has a queen bed in the back, a dinette that folds into a bed and a jack knife sofa, along with a single overhead bunk.  
The cabover entertainment center has a DVD player with surround sound.  All appliances are in working order.  
This RV has full body paint, and we constantly receive compliments  when we pull up somewhere.  The basement is heated, which makes year round travel a breeze.  It is rated to town 5000lbs.  
The front tires are less than a year old and the back tires are about 2 years old.  Hellwig anti-sway bars were added to make driving easy in all conditions.  Rear and Side view cameras make maneuvering easy.
