2004 Four Winds Chateau 31P with 31k original miles for sale, asking $20,000 OBO. I have a lot of additional accessories (surge protector, new sewer hoses, adapters etc etc) that I'll include with sale. Please see all features/notes below:

- 31k original miles
- 698 hours on Onan 4000 Generator
- 31 foot
- Sleeps 8. Dinning table, and sofa fold down to full size beds. Bunk has 2 twin mattresses. Queen size mattress in back room.
- All appliances are in working order. (Only exception is the gas stove igniters.) 
- V10 Engine drives like a gem. We just finished a 6k mile trip from New Jersey to Montana and back, with no issue. Oil/Transmission oil changed at 29k miles. 
- Hot water and shower pressure are excellent! A/C kept the RV cool even in 90 degree heat 
- Brand new spare tire - All tires were bought 3 years ago, and have less than 10k miles on them, good amount of tread left.
- Roof and all window seals have been re-caulked in June, no leaks!
- New bathroom fan/vent installed in June
- New shower head/faucet installed in June
- New Amazon 24\' TV installed in June
- New awning and slide out cover installed in June

There are a handful of issues (which I've factored into the price on comparable models/mileage/year)

- Cruise control is out. 
- Roof has 2 soft spots, have been resealed and no leaks. 
- The hose going into the top of the gas tank has a leak. 
- Gas stove igniters need replaced, but you can manually light the burners with a lighter
