Very well kept, 2003, no leaks, everything works, lots of great features would make a great live in, but no washer/dryer hookups. Queensize bed, and a queensize pull out sofa in living room, sleeps 4. Very comfortable recliner chairs, and removable dinning set, no furniture is built in. We installed new vinyl stip flooring last year. Has not been on the road much, we purchased from 2nd owner that was using as a lake house, and we use at our campground for 5 months, as an office and occasional overnight. This unit is turnkey and ready to go to a new owner.
