We love the ease of hauling this camper and the versatility of the "toy hauler" area in the back.  If it's raining, we enjoy sitting in the back area - we consider it our portable screen porch. A 4-wheeler fits perfectly in back. We replaced the water pump this past spring. The RV queen mattress has never been used -it has been stored. (The mattress in the picture is not included in the purchase price). The canopy was replaced August 2020.  We're selling because we wanted a slightly bigger toy hauler.
