7 gallon hot water heater. Keeps heat for a LONG time after use.

All lights have dimmer (night time) settings.

Bluetooth DVD, CD player (we stream Spotify no problem!, and even have an app on our phone!)
Speakers can be adjusted in zones, outside, main cabin, and master bed. this is SUPER convenient.
TV cable/internet hook up in living quarters and master bed. We installed high speed internet and streamed content with a ROKU.
Manual stabilizers.
WHAT ARE THE NEGATIVES?? - Nothing! We're moving into our forever home and don't want to leave it on our family's property for longer than necessary. And it was better than paying rent!
There is some mildew on the exterior window trim (can be fixed with a professional detailing), the black water sensor constantly reads 100% full even when we know it has been fully emptied (it has been that way since we bought it). Neither of these should be a deal breaker at this price!
We can attest to the fact that this is a killer solution for a permanent living situation.
