We have enjoyed this RV for 7 years and it is a gem. At 48,158 miles it is in excellent condition with minimal wear. Installed all new rear tires in May.  This unit has been extremely well maintained and has a new awning, all new roof air vents and new microwave. Inside stove hardly used. We enjoyed living outside under the awning relaxing and watching the outside TV. This unit sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and the dinette can be made into a double bed. Used mostly to go to our camp in Maine from Florida a few times a year. RV was stored in Florida until we moved to WV this past year. Must see to appreciate. RV cover is included.
