This is a well maintained motor home that is kept in a garage. We have loved this RV but have purchased a diesel pusher and need to sell this one. It has 58,000 miles on it and the 7,000 W generator has 120 hrs. Two new flat screen TV's were installed in 2016. It has a Safety Plus steering aid, Blue ray player with surround sound in the front and a DVD player for the bedroom TV. The stereo is a Jensen with Serious XM and a 10 stack CD Player with cassette player and stering wheel controls. The House batteries were replaced in 2018 along with a new inverter/charger, convection microwave and the heating electrode for the refrigerator. Tires are in Excellant conditions and are covered when not in the garage. A new chasis air conditioner compresor was installed earlier this spring. The unit has a two stage basement air conditioner which also provides forced hot air heat through the ceilng ducts. The coach also has a propane furnace. Ther is an icemaker in the freezer, power front windshield shade, day and blackout curtains throughout, electric and propane hot water, hydraulic leveling jacks.  All electric reclining swivel captains chairs with manual lumber support. All break pads and shoes were completely replaced at 42,000 miles. The roof is one piece fiberglass and the two roof end cap seals were replaced in 2019.
