This is a very nice toy hauler. It is loaded with all the options available for a road warrior. It has 22' of space for parking toys. 18' to the first cabinet. You can fit a full width 64" rzr or similar all the way to the first cabinet.
This does have the party patio as well. I removed it but it can be put back very easily and will come with the unit
I have added the following to it:
New purple mattress, the factory mattress is horiific
fuel transer pump so you can use both the 20 gallon gen fuel cell and the 30 gallon fuel station for fuel. this way all 50 are available for toys if you need it.
The garage has been foam sprayed for insulation. huge difference in cold and hot weather
Has a hitch and wiring for pulling a small trailer behind or a bike rack

This has the 3rd ac unit all 3 are 15000 btu units for a total of 45000. It will get cold in the hotest weather.
Generator has right at 100 hours on it and will run all 3 ac units

We are switching to a motorhome to make traveling easier for my wife.
