Bright and spacious interior with a slide out U-dinnette, opposing queen beds on ends with heated mattresses, couch and dinnette convert to double beds. Double sink, microwave, 3-way frig/freezer, oven w/3 burner top, bathroom w/inside outside shower. 5 gallon gas water heater, 30000 btu gas heater and 15000 btu roof mount air conditioner. Tent and screens are in great condition, no tears or rips. 12 ft awning and lots of inside and outside storage. camper box is 8 ft x 16 ft expanded is 28.5 ft. 3300 lbs empty and 5000 lb gvw. heavier cable and new electric winch last spring. Tandem axles with brakes on rear axle and 205/75R/14 tires with greasable wheel bearings. There is a crack in linoleum from extreme cold snap several years ago. We glued each side down and filled gap with clear silicone. Hasn't been an issue since. have many more pictures upon request. thank you
