We are the original owners of this beautiful rig we have kept this in better than new condition. Waxed 2 times a year with a Hybrid/Polymer wax and covered in winter. My wife keeps the interior so clean you could eat off the floors, NO shoes are allowed in RV we have a small dog which paws were always wiped off before entering, and NO SMOKING. We have installed 4 new SAMSON tires in 2017 which have about 2000 miles on them because the original China brand was ready to blowout after about 1000 miles first trip. Full-body paint really makes this rig stand out in the crowd, it truly looks amazing when the sun hits it. We are very happy with this RV and have not had one issue with this other than the tires. We have the 2 other dinning chairs not shown in pictures.

We have bought sunshades that attach to awnings that go with the rig. We added a booster pump for the incoming water line to keep the water pressure at 60PSI while taking showers which is awesome it has its own switch so it can be turned off when not needed. Some campgrounds pressure drops at night when everyone is showering but not ours.

We are selling because we are probably not using the RV this year or maybe even next year with Covid-19 restrictions in some campgrounds and we have been talking about changing over to a 5th Wheel ToyHauler so we thought this might be a great time for us to sell and create an opportunity for you to buy basically a brand new condition RV for much less than the dealer would sell it for. RV sales are increasing considerably NEW and USED and some folks are waiting for the units for possibly months from dealers because slow manufacturing, used sales are climbing.
