Class C RV in great condition. Drives well, getting 18 miles to the gallon. Kept clean and organized. Never any pets or smoking in the RV. There is a central A/C with a recent filter change. Plenty of storage and cabinets. 4 big drawers in the pantry for plenty of food stocking. There is a combination Microwave/convection oven, kept clean and barely used.  1 Slide out that contains the couch and closet/pantry area. There are 2 small circular tables and 1 medium table stored under the couch and avaiable for set up when RV slide out is out. There is not an automatic leveling system, but RV comes with Leveling blocks and chocks. RV also comes with sewage hookup hoses, sewage evelation crate, new water hose, new water filter, RV surge protector, and an extra A/C filter. There is also a small dehumidifier, vacuum, broom to assist in RV maintainance.
