Separate master bedroom with comfortable queen bed. Full kitchen with sink, fridge, gas range, oven, microwave. Bath with sink, tub, shower, toilet. Swivel captain's seats in front with extra recliner. Wheel covers, A/C covers, many kitchen supplies included. Lots of storage. Priced to sell. Engine, transmission, and brake system are in excellent condition. Dual A/C, propane heat. Runs great, smooth ride and has current inspection, tires have been replaced with less than 4,000 miles on them. Has been well cared for and is definitely liveable. Tow package included. There is about a 2' span where the roof is separating.
One of the blinds needs to be restrung.

The generator has never worked since we purchased the RV. It most likely needs a new carburetor or the present one rebuilt. We never had occasion to need the generator since we always plugged it into electric.
Cruise control does not function. Surprisingly easy to drive without it, though. Accelerator doesn't need much pressure.
Passenger side mirror needs to be manually adjusted.
This RV is really sweet and we would love for someone to enjoy it more than we are able to.
