Description
Selling my beautiful very well maintained favorite RV I have ever owned. A couple things to note that are the main questions. So much more has been done to this RV that it is just too much to list.
It is in very good condition inside and out. You will not see a nicer more well kept 2008 out there. I get compliments everywhere I go.
Here are the main things to know:
- My price is pretty firm. I have priced it to sell.
- Free and clear clean title in hand. I do not owe on it.
- Sept 2019 400 HP Cummins Diesel completely rebuilt by Cummins. Still has remainder of 1 year warranty by Cummins on anything that they touched. This was a cost of $27,000 so you have basicly a brand new engine in this rig. Many miles to go.
- All 6 rear tires were put on a year ago. The front tires are approximately 1 1/2 years old. Many miles to go and it is stored under cover on concrete so you do not have any conditions for dry rot and I have used the RV.
- Installed 6 of the high end no maintenace batters for chassis and interior last year to the tune of 3K.
- It has a satellite receiver on the roof that is automatic plus two direct tv (brand new) never used receivers included. We just don't watch tv so never wanted to hook them up.
- Added $2,600 in exterior lighting that you can basicly do a light show with.
- Replaced all interior lighting with LED lighting last November. Same time as exterior lights.
- Just replaced all of the mechanics of the king size sleep number bed to make it wireless and each side of the bed is controlled by its own controller.
- 10K Onan Generator works great.
I am only selling to pursue other investment opportunities as we are not using it enough to warrant keeping it.
Feel free to call and chat about any questions you may have or email me and glad to answer any questions. I work out of the house and can pretty much show the RV anytime. It is located in Foley, AL.
Oh, some may want to know what happened to the engine. Previous owner put in the wrong coolant in the engine and let it sit for a period of time and the coolant went around the pistons and pitted out the pistons causing blowbye. Who would of known. Now you have a beautiful engine for years to come.
Thanks,
Jack
