VERY clean and nice camper for families or groups.  We've loved having it but kids are older and aren't as interested in going.  Sleeps up to 10 people.  Outdoor kitchen with fridge, TV, and grill.  Includes dinette and loveseat that both make into a bed.  Offer includes everything you need to be camping this weekend - Direct TV dish and tripod, Coleman tailgating grill with attachments, all sewar and water hoses, large outdoor rug, and much more.  Hitch and swaybar system are top of the line and were around $1,000 when purchased.  Two slides make it feel really big.  The bunk room in the back in the back gives a place for the kids to get away and not be in the middle of everything when you are preparing a meal or watching a movie in the front.  Camper is Ultra Lite model and pulls really well, we pulled it with a SUV.  The front cap has some cosmetic sun damage, but that's factored into this price.  This camper was listed for over $40k when we bought it around five years ago.
