Hi this is my personal owned fifth wheel RV that I have owned for only two years. Has always been kept under shelter. Never towed. Extras- custom wood flooring and fits a California king mattress. Also can place a 55 inch flatscreen and below on tv wall mount. All electronics and wiring work except for the rear jack stand motor on outside. 
The reason for selling is bought to live in for two- three years but plans changed so longer needed. 
The low pricing is because the previous owner never maintain or sheltered RV and water damage on rear slide out flooring under dining table on one corner. The slide out still operates fine. Will recommend replacing. Besides that a great fifth wheel that you can even tow with an f-150.
