This BH is loaded with storage.  1 bunk with ample storage and DVD/TV player, table that reduces to a small bed, couch/sleeper sofa, kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, sink, stove/oven, refridgerator/freezer.  Entertainment center for TV has a pull down desk or storage. Tube TV is also going with the camper.  Mirrored closet space and 2 drawers.  Bathroom sink is seperate from the toilet and tub/shower.  Bathroom has a deep closet for towels and TP. Bed was upgraded to a California Queen approximately 3 years ago.   It has a small flat screen TV mounted to the wall in the bedroom and upper storage above the bed.  The awning is 1 year old.  Tires (10 ply) were replaced approximtely 3 years ago.  1 AC. 30 amp service.  Flooring/linoleum down as well as the plywood was replaced in the kitchen area. Roof was recoated last year.  This is a great starter RV.  Everything is in visibly clean/nice condition.  Well kept.  Throwing in the essentials of camping.  2 propane tanks recently filled.  Bike rack being sold with the camper, as are a few kitchen items.  All interior lighting upgraded to LED.  Unused spare tire.  There was a leak that was fixed prior to our purchase 8 or 9 years ago.  It was fixed.  In the back storage space, it is located.  There has been no leaking since our purchase that we have noted. Wood is dry.  There was also slight leaking in corner of bedroom, but it too, was fixed.  Camper is in overall great shape.  Sleeps 5-6 or more depending on the size of the person.  Kept under a shelter and washed whenever it was used.  Inside was cleaned prior to use and after each use while camping.  Everything is intact.  If you need further pictures, please contact.
