We purchased this fifth wheel toy hauler new from Carpenter’s in Pensacola, FL. There is no damage to it. We have used it minimally and keep it stored under a barn. We recently put in a new Thomas Payne four seat reclining sofa. The two end recliners are heated and massage. The bedroom features a queen bed with plenty of walk around space, which is a highlighted feature for this model. There are a lot of nice features about this toy hauler to provide the luxuries wanted. The garage is a multi use area, which is why we chose this model. There is an electric bed with the bottom pass thru that sets up with a dining table. The room also has a full screen for when the party deck is down to screen in the room while enjoying the outdoors. There is also an awning that covers the party deck when down. It has a tall porcelain toilet and nice sized glass surround enclosure shower. We have never ran out of hot water with the 12 gallon water heater. Roof is cleaned twice a year and inspected/sealed. The outside is waxed annually with frequent washings. 

This rv pulls great going down the highway with no issues. The tires have less than 1,000 miles on them. There is a fuel station included. It is considered 29 ft., but with the fifth wheel it measures a little over 37 ft. 

The garage door opening is 8’ tall under the bed when in the garage with benches removed is 7.5’ tall by 7’ 8” wide. The garage length is 10’. 

New step covers put on at the end of fall last year for the front and back doors.
