This RV has been sitting here in my property without being used. All appliances and bathroom are essentially unused. We have only used the bed about 3 times. It still has the factory plastic cover. You will save thousands over purchasing from a dealer.

It is in excellent shape.
It is a beautiful trailer. It's layout is very open with panoramic windows in the back which does not make you feel cramped.

It has DVD player, but no flat screen. Otherwise, it has most other options. Has large and wide electric awning, outside speakers, solar ready, off road tires, brand new battery, two full tanks of propane. It also comes with a brand new, unused, aftermarket sewer drainage kit.

I don't want to sell it but it's sitting here not being used and it's best to give it to someone who will get the most out of it. It's the cleanest privately owned RV trailer out there.
