This coach is ready for your adventures. Front tires and driver tires were replaced last summer Goodyear 295x80x22.5. Replaced 6 coach batteries and the 2 starting batteries within the last week. Slide out awnings are new last month. Annual maintenance on the aquahot heater has been done. Oil changes and all other maintenance items have been completed. Lab results are available. Replaced air cleaner last year. This coach has been stored in an Rv garage when not in use. 
Inside is beautiful, tile floors, both night and solar shades on all windows. Windshield shades are electric. Leather L shaped sofa with two electric recliners in sofa. Another leather recliner in the full wall slide out. Dish washer, residential fridge, microwave, and an electric induction cook top. 
3 TVs 50in smart tv in living room, 32in in bedroom and an outdoor tv outside. 
Full bathroom in the rear of coach and 1/2 bath midway that is accessible when slides are in, both toilets are Tecma macerating toilets. Washer, dryer are stackable and in the rear bathroom
