Excellent running condition. Long 29'. 5 BEDS. Can sleep 8 people. No check engine light. Fresh Oil Change. Brand new tires. Main AC, Refrigerator, Stove, microwave, everything works. No roof leaks at the moment. It had small leaks in the back a couple of years ago. Last year, I patched entire roof and sealed all corners. We modified the dinette seat arrangement a bit, just by changing seat cushions. The new cushions are half, so that the baby car seats can fit. I have original cushions also which are included. Baby car seats are NOT included.

The inside generator does not work. I think it just needs a tune up. It used to work fine until last year, but I installed an after market generator in the back on a hitch, so that we can use it freely as much as we like. Again, after market 4700W generator is not included in price. If you want the custom built hitch gen stand with new generator (less than 15 hours on it), it will be $900 extra.

It has full tank of propane, stove works great. I usually use refrigerator on generator. But it works on propane also.

We use water hookup, and have not used the fresh water holding tank in some time. If you want to use fresh water holding tank, it needs to be sanitized with chlorine. Its very easy, watch youtube or go to an RV dealer that they will do it for you.

The black and grey water tanks have been emptied and clean.

As I said, its ready to go. We just came last week from an 8 hour trip with kids. No issues, no check engine light, runs great. Test drive it and check it out. Its like buying a house for $9000. Live in it or use it for recreation.
