The inside of this camper is the cleanest 96 you will find. Over 10k of work put into it. Starts right up and runs perfect. After purchasing we went over this camper inside and out to make sure it would be safe, clean and reliable. I have not used it for any overnight trips since we purchased, only a few day trips to the beach. 
Inside we modified it to a single bed brand new mattress hasn’t been used for camping yet. bamboo flooring new paint and hardware on cabinets Flat screen tv hasn’t even been turned on yet New Bluetooth flatscreen radio and 4 speakers Bathroom completely redone with new toilet
The motor is a 454 V8, starts up and runs perfect. Put 3 new batteries in when I purchased. New spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, complete tune up and oil change. New adjustable airbags in the front Put a new lower control arm on the driver side All new bright headlights Custom roof rack on top and new roof coating 1 yr ago.
Comes with extra hardware, rearview cam that hasn’t been installed, brand new water and discharge hoses etc.
