Canvas has some patched small holes which are waterproofed and sealed. 24"x24" rot removed, repaired and waterproofed in back rear corner.  New pergo floor. Gutted top has new insulation and FRP. Comes with stove which attaches to outside, table, converter plug and anti-sway hitch. Wired for a car battery to run power when primitive camping. Sleeps 6, one queen 2 doubles.
