Bought new on lot and transported to current location.  My husband and I lived in while building our house.  In good condition with washer/dryer and fullsize referigerator.  3 burner stove with oven/broiler.  2 HVAC units, 1 for bedroom and 1 for main area.  Central vacuum system. 2 slide outs, 1 in bedroom and 1 in living/kitchen area.  Both sofas make full size beds.  Bathroom has large shower with sit down bench.
