Description

Pop up camper with toy deck that will fit inside a 19 foot garage and sleep 6 adults. Has a dinette slide out that converts to a bed, wet bath with cassette toilet and a shower. The kitchen has a 2 burner cooktop, 3 way refrigerator, and single bowl kitchen sink. 20 gallon fresh water tank, 6 gallon water heater, propane furnace with thermostat. Detachable exterior grill. Dual propane tanks with automatic switch valve. Roof rack with 2 bike carriers. Electric tongue jack and electric roof winch. Tires 100 miles since new.

Hitch has been modified so the trailer could be stored inside a standard 19' garage. The batteries are Duracell 230AH SLIGC115 golf cart batteries purchased last year. I have camped 4 nights using the furnace most of the nights and all lights and fridge, etc, the batteries have never gone below 70%. Plenty of capacity for boondocking with the dual propane tanks and golf cart batteries.

Everything works except for the radio. I am not sure if it is the head unit or just the speakers, I always used a portable bluetooth speaker. I purchased the trailer about 2 years ago and used it 4 or 5 times a year. All plumbing is leak free, water heater works, furnace keeps it warm into the 40's, never camped in it below that. I pulled it with an old 4runner, I have never weighed the trailer but the specs online say it is around 2,500 pounds.

The tent fabric is in fair to good condition. A few water spots, and a couple small tears I never got around to fixing. The interior is in good condition for the age. Exterior is in good shape, roof has been sealed recently. There was a small leak at some point before I owned it that was repaired at the same time the roof was sealed. The roof lifting mechanism has been modified due to the removable hitch. Hand crank has been replaced with a 12V electric winch. The winch does not have a manual back up. I intended to replace the winch with one that had a manual back up but never got around to it. The roof wiggles a little as you raise it, might need adjustment, might be normal, I am not really sure. It has been doing it as long as I've owned it and doesn't really change. When the winch was put in a new lift cable was also installed. I have another spare lift cable I will include as well. The door sticks at the top, I was going to have that adjusted along with the lift, but didn't get around to it. I have reduced the price due to the issues above. Trailer works as is, but could be perfect with very little effort.
