Description
If you are viewing this camper, you probably already know about the Titanium reputation and how easy they tow. My wife and I purchased this camper from the original owner and have used it 3-4 weekends a year over the past 7 years that we have had it. It is the perfect layout for a couple but it will sleep 4 with the sofa pulled out. The unit is aprox. 31 ft.overall but will pull like a 26 ft camper. Most of the nose cone is over the truck. I had a slider hitch installed on my truck and have never used that feature.
The previous owner installed a fireplace which is great in cool weather camping.
I will try to tell you whatever I know about my camper by using the "good and bad lists"
First the bad:
Small leak in rear of camper in corner. I can't see where it is the roof but may be the window. Doesn't leak all the time. No smell.
Roof could use a cleaning and sealing to protect against uv.
Fantastic fan in bedroom needs a pc board to open and close the hatch. The fan works fine if done manually. Was going to replace the whole thing because these fans are invaluable.
Rear ladder to roof needs to be changed out. Aftermarket ladders are better.
The Good
Best towing 5'er on market. Ask any Titanium owner. Great aerodynamic shape
Comes with heat reflective coating on outside of windows,( mirror look). Factory glass
Hardwood 3/4" oak flooring in kitchen area and entrance, no cheap laminate or lino.
Camper is a double slide unit-opposing each other, one side kitchen slide, other side living room and
dining area slide. When they are both out, you have a living area almost 12-13 feet wide. With the headroom of
a 5 er, you will never want a travel trailer again. Even has a paddle fan on ceiling!
Hot water heater is a duel fuel type, both elec. and gas. Titaniums have great furnaces also and cold A/C.
Please ask any and all questions. I have never sold a camper online like this before. I am trying to think of everything but I am sure there will be questions. NADA values placed my camper between 11,650.00 and 9650.00 as the low. I am pricing this at the low number because of a few things it will need. But do not think that this is a junker that someone else (me) is trying to unload. My hip is bad and camping days are over for me. It will be a great camper for someone else to love as we did. Of course pick up is in NJ.
Don't miss out if you are looking. And if you have never had a 5' er, you won't believe how nice they are!!!
