Our loss is your gain, has been serviced but not used in 3+yrs, one kiddo is in college, one not far behind.  Immaculate condition, literally EVERYTHING you need to head to the campground TODAY!  Three slide outs provides plenty of room for all.  From vacuum to linens to pillows to fire starters, from a fully stocked kitchen (cookware, silverware.heck,even an extra outdoor Weber grill) to custom built fishing rod/ waste hose storage underneath to automatic-finding roof mounted satellite, 3 flat screens, 30amp/50amp hookups, electric awning, hot water either electric or gas, all cables, hoses, $800 anti-sway/leveling.   I literally could go on and on- it is perfect, zero "issues".  Onsite owner/mechanic at my storage facility did all of the upgrades himself and he will honestly answer any questions you may have.  Master bedroom in front with memory foam mattress for great sleeping comfort. Bunk house with fold down table in rear, living room lounge folds out for a sleep capacity of 8 plus. Deluxe outside kitchen with sink, stove, fridge,microwave and exterior stereo speakers. Three slide outs with R-38 insulation in ceiling and floors making it a four season package.  Can’t ask for more for a family ready to go unit. 
  
We paid $40,000 for the unit, it's in flawless condition- you literally cannot tell it's been used and the extras alone are easily over $2,000, maybe $3000.  If you're new to this or buying a new one you'll need and will buy everything that is packed in our Open Range, this one is quite literally ready to hook up and go to Yellowstone (again- it knows the way) or the beach or a state park today, right now. 

Our unit is immaculate.  If I was shopping for similar I would buy this one.  I'm the only owner, I don't play games with people and this one is half the price of new.  I've eaten the majority of the depreciation- very little downside for you, a perfect unit.  Plug-in living room couch/mattress has never been used.  Probably other stuff that was never used I haven't thought of but it is all in new shape so probably irrelevant anyway.  I may even throw in all of the tools- cordless drill for stabilizers, miscellaneous brand new tools etc. for free. 

All I ask from a buyer is for integrity in the transaction.  Hope it goes to a good family who will use and make memories like we did.  I do not need to sell this but it breaks my heart to just sit there unused, our plans for the next year don’t include camping so it probably needs a new home who will enjoy it like we have.
