This Heartland North Trail was purchased new and has had only one owner.  The travel trailer has been meticulously maintained and cared for and has only 16,650 miles, all driven on paved roads.  This trailer is fully stocked and ready to go on the road, all you need to do is hitch it up and head out.

The factory installed appliances include: Norcold model N611 gas/electric refrig/freezer, Suburban gas four burner stove/oven, HiPointe built-in microwave, exhaust hood, Atwood 6 gallon gas/electric water heater, roof mounted built-in A/C, gas forced air heat.

Other factory installed items are:  Full width electric awning, large slide-out for the wrap around dining area, electric stabilizers, two 12 volt batteries, two 20 pound propane tanks, 40 gallon fresh water tank, all window coverings with valances, Jensen sound system with four interior speakers and two exterior speakers.

The unit comes fully stocked with kitchen wares including pots, pans, dishes, cups and glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, electric toaster oven, drip coffee pot.  All bedding is provided including a very comfortable temperpedic-like queen mattress.

Tons of interior storage space for clothing, kitchen stuff, food and other accouterments.  Also includes a huge exterior storage compartment for the outdoor accessories including: Weber gas BBQ, two camp site chairs, camp site rug, two folding tables.

The unit has four new tires (and a full sized spare tire that's never been used) and includes ALL items for full hook ups including: two 30 amp power cords, three potable water hoses one of which is heated, waste water drain hose, the entire hitch assembly with anti-sway bars.  All equipment is included to hitch the trailer to your vehicle (except the electric trailer brake sysytem that's required inside your vehicle).

Owner installed accessories include: Samsung 24" HDTV, Dish television receiver ViP211z compatible with the included Dish Tailgater satellite TV system and a one terabyte hard drive to record your favorite showes, all interior 12 volt lighting has been changed to LED lamps, single stage water filter with a filtered water spigot mounted on the kitchen sink, bath towel bars, lots of cubby holes for storage.

This traler is very easy to tow with the wide-trax suspension system, a full I-beam chasis and the under carriage is fully sealed.  This trailer is ready to go, all you need is your haul vehicle and sense of adventure.
